Construction Volunteers

We welcome volunteers of all backgrounds & experience to volunteer with Habitat!

We especially need experienced carpenters, painters, etc. during the week as well as
on Saturday builds. -
Volunteers must be 16 years old or older to work on the construction site.

Groups and individuals are typically scheduled 2-3 months in advance during the build season.

Non-Construction Volunteers

Volunteers are needed to prepare and serve breakfasts and lunches during build days.

Our ReStore needs volunteers to help sort and organize donations and products. Please call the Habitat office if you are interested in short-term or long-term volunteer opportunities at the ReStore.

We need community volunteers who can commit to serve on one of several committees that guide Montgomery Habitat for Humanity, including the Family Support Committee, Construction Committee, and Development Committee. We are also looking for Youth Build and Women Build committee volunteers in 2014. Contact the Habitat office if you would like more information about volunteering for a Habitat Committee.
